Thank you for participating in ASCIP 2020 Virtual Conference.  Please complete this overall conference evaluation and the subsequent CE claim form to generate your CE certificate for the LIVE portion of this year's meeting.

  • If you have not completed the evaluations for the live sessions you attended, please complete them before continuing. Your certificate will reflect the sessions you completed through the CE system.  If you do not remember which sessions you completed, please refer to the Transcript Page in the main menu of this site.  If you attended a session that does not appear on that transcript page, please go back to the session and take the evaluation again to ensure the system acknowledges it.
  • You may choose only ONE form of CE Credit.  Please do not claim more than one.  We are not able to award mixed credits.
